SOCIAL INNOVATIONS IN THE INTERACTION BETWEEN AUTHORITIES AND ENTREPRENEURIAL STRUCTURES

Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению зарубежных и российских тенденций во взаимодействии властных и предпринимательских структур в области формирования и реализации социально-экономических проектов и программ. В соответствии с приоритетами долгосрочного развития страны для России является новым и важным направление социализации экономики, утверждение приоритета социальных ценностей, сочетание экономической и социальной эффективности. В этой связи социальные инновации играют важнейшую роль, помогая повысить уровень и качество жизни населения. В настоящей статье предпринята попытка выявить значимые актуальные тенденции в области социальных инноваций, среди которых: появление нового класса предпринимателей - социальных предпринимателей, развитие венчурной филантропии, переход от государственно-частного партнерства к государственному социальному частному партнерству, развитие механизма GR (government relations) и др.

This article analyses Russian and foreign trends in the interaction of authorities and entrepreneurial structures in the formation and realization of socio-economic projects and programs. In accordance with the priorities of the long-term development of Russia there is a new and important direction of socialization of the economy, the statement of priority of social values, the combination of economic and social efficiency. In this context, social innovation plays a critical part in helping to raise the standard and quality of life. In this paper the author made an attempt to identify important current trends in the field of social innovation, including: emergence of a new class of entrepreneurs (social entrepreneurs), development of venture philanthropy, transition from a public-private partnership to public social private partnership, development of GR mechanism (government relations), etc.
