Рассматриваются вопросы баланса публичного интереса защиты конкуренции с иными публичными интересами, а также баланса публичных и частных интересов. Предлагается комплекс административно-правовых средств обеспечения баланса интересов в сфере антимонопольной политики, рассматриваются актуальные проблемы такого обеспечения.
The article explores the complex of theoretical and practical questions related to issues of administrative-legal ensuring of balance of interests in the sphere of antimonopoly policy. Deals with the balance of the of protection of competition public interest with other public interests and balance of public and private interests.
