О подготовке будущих педагогов к инновационной деятельности

Abstract

Развитие школы и самого учителя невозможно без освоения и использования инноваций. К сожалению, специальная подготовка студентов к инновационной работе не вошла в содержание Федерального компонента новых стандартов. А школе нужны педагоги новой формации, имеющие навыки научно-педагогического исследования, свободно ориентирующиеся в достижениях педагогической науки и передовой педагогической практики, способные не только осваивать и творчески использовать разработанные другими педагогические новшества, но и создавать собственные. Поэтому важно будущих педагогов еще на студенческой скамье приобщить к теории и практике инновационной деятельности.
