Abstract

Статья посвящена рассмотрению организационно-управленческих аспектов развития судебной системы Российской Федерации в контексте стратегий развития судебной системы Российской Федерации. В статье проанализированы Федеральные целевые программы, направленные на развитие судебной системы Российской Федерации, обозначены основные проблемы, препятствующие развитию, а также пути их решения.
