Abstract

The aim of this work was forming of primary research skills of junior students. Independent research activities are of both classroom (the assessing of the school timetable and the study room and its equipment, individual motor activity and a daily ration, etc.) and extracurricular organization (working out a "health passport", an "ideal" timetable and diet; conducting hygienic assessment of the student's home workplace, etc.) The research results are summarized in the form of essays, reports, presentations or abstracts at the final training conference. Thus, the introduction of research study elements into basic academic discipline develops the research competence of bachelors of Pedagogy, form health-preservation critical thinking, the ability to choose optimal ways to solve problems, based on available resources and constraints.
