The concept of the Draft Common Frame of Reference and its purpose within the process of harmonization of law in the European Union
The article describes the development and the suspension of the development of the concept of common rules that could remove the barrier preventing to further promotion of goods and services between the states of the European Union. A brief description and analysis of the model rules of European private law and the concepts of harmonization of contract law are discussed.
В статье рассказывается о развитии и приостановлении развития концепции общих правил, которые могли бы стереть барьер, препятствующий дальнейшему продвижению оборота товаров и услуг между государствами Европейского союза. Дается краткое описание и анализ модельных правил европейского частного права, а также концепции гармонизации договорного права.
