Лазерное термораскалывание сапфира пучками серповидной формы

Abstract

В рамках теории термоупругости выполнен сравнительный анализ температурных полей и полей термоупругих напряжений, возникающих в пластинах кристаллического сапфира в процессе однолучевого и двулучевого управляемого лазерного термораскалывания при использовании пучков круглого и серповидного сечения. Показано, что использование пучков серповидной формы обеспечивает формирование растягивающих напряжений, необходимых для стабильной реализации процесса лазерного термораскалывания при значительном снижении величин максимальных температур в образцах по сравнению с использованием пучков круглой формы.
