Abstract

Разработка модели существующих бизнес-процессов, а также дальнейшее их изменение и улучшение является важным этапом внедрения автоматизированных систем управления предприятием. От того на сколько правильно описаны существующие бизнес-процессы зависит успешность разработки и дальнейшей эксплуатации автоматизированных систем управления предприятием.
