ON THE ISSUE OF SOCIO-PROFESSIONAL ADAPTATION OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND HIA

Abstract

The article considers the problems of social and professional adaptation of students with disabilities and HIA to the modern labour market. Attention is drawn to the basic components and structure of the concept of "adaptation", "adaptation of students with disabilities and HIA", highlights the key conditions and factors influencing the process. On the basis of deep theoretical analysis, the article defines the idea of adaptation of students with disabilities and HIA to the existing socio-economic situation. The results of practical career work with students with disabilities and HIA at the stage of their preparation and mastering of the profession in the university are reflected. The authors note the crucial importance of PROFKONSULTACIONNOJ assistance aimed at the formation of the value and moral basis of self-determination of young people with disabilities and HIA. On the basis of the analysis of methods of professional assistance to students with disability and HIA the general requirements to types of vocational methods which can be used by various experts, carrying out conducts work in the university are allocated.

В статье рассматривается проблематика социально-профессиональной адаптации студентов с инвалидностью и ОВЗ к современному рынку труда. Обращается внимание на основные компоненты и структуру понятия «адаптация», «адаптация студентов с инвалидностью и ОВЗ»; выделяются ключевые условия и факторы, влияющие на данный процесс. На основе глубокого теоретического анализа в статье определена идея адаптации студентов с инвалидностью и ОВЗ к существующей социально-экономической ситуации. Отражены результаты практической профориентационной работы со студентами с инвалидностью и ОВЗ на этапе их подготовки и освоения профессии в ВУЗе. Авторами отмечается важнейшее значение профконсультационной помощи, направленной на формирование ценностно-нравственной основы самоопределения молодых людей с инвалидностью и ОВЗ. На основе анализа методов профессиональной помощи студентам с инвалидностью и ОВЗ выделяются общие требования к типам профориентационных методик, которые могут быть использованы различными специалистами, осуществляющими профориентационную работу в вузе.
