Особенности классификации преступлений в зависимости от характера и степени их общественной опасности в уголовном законодательстве государств-участников СНГ

Abstract

Проводится исследование особенностей классификации преступлений в зависимости от характера и степени общественной опасности в уголовном законодательстве государств-участников СНГ. Автор показывает сходства и различия в соответствующих классификациях, определяет специфику категорий преступлений по уголовному законодательству отдельных стран. По итогам исследования делаются выводы о возможности внесения изменений в уголовное законодательство Республики Беларусь.
