Problems of Disarmament at the end of XXth - beginning of XXIst century

Abstract

The article deals with the Soviet Union position on disarmament negotiations in the second half of the twentieth century. The authors noted the role and importance of the policy of the USSR and Russia on the strengthening of the international situation in solving disarmament issues, strengthening international security during that period. The documents and materials disclosed actual position of the USSR/Russia and the United States on the issue of security in general and the specific aspects related to the rarefaction.

В статье рассматривается позиция СССР по вопросам переговоров по разоружению во второй половине ХХ века. Отмечается роль и значение политики СССР и России по вопросам укрепления международной обстановки в решении проблем разоружения, укрепления международной безопасности того периода. На документах и фактических материалах раскрывается позиция СССР/России и США по проблеме безопасности в целом и ее отдельным аспектам, связанным с разрежением.
