Abstract

В современных абонентских устройствах может находиться множество приложений, которым необходимо наличие постоянного соединение с веб-сервером в сети интернет, при этом передача данных по этому соединению происходит редко, а количество таких данных – мало. Получается, что затраты на поддержание самого соединения соизмеримы, а иногда и больше затрат на передачу данных. Из-за этого веб-сервер, не имея большой полезной нагрузки, потребляет все доступные ресурсы. Данная система позволит сократить данные расходы.
