CRITERIA OF FORMATION OF A COMFORTABLE EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT IN A PRESCHOOL EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The article describes the study of the level of the formation of a comfortable educational environment in a preschool and also the readiness of teachers and parents to self-development. In addition, the article describes the criteria used to assess the level of comfort. When a teacher forms a comfortable educational environment, he must interact with the parents of his pupils, and not just with colleagues. That is why the personal qualities of the teacher are high demands, and the educator should combine the traits of both the friend, the mentor, and the psychologist. The teacher needs a creative attitude to work, the ability to empathize, the knowledge of the age characteristics of children, a high speech culture, the ability to listen and listen, and they must professionally master the various methods of teaching and educating children.
