
The article is devoted to the problem of interpretation of current modernization processes in Russia by domestic jurisprudence. The frameworks of modernization concept with reference to modern transformative processes are defined. The features, original for the Russian modernizations, and characteristic for the reforms of the beginning of 21 century come to light. The analysis of standard-legal base of modernization transformations in modern Russia is carried out.
Статья посвящена проблеме интерпретации проходящих модернизационных процессов в России отечественной юридической наукой. Определяются рамки понятия «модернизация» применительно к современным преобразовательным процессам. Выявляются самобытные для российских модернизаций признаки и характерные для реформ начала XXI в. черты. Проводится анализ нормативно-правовой базы модернизационных преобразований в современной России.
