Активизация энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности в условиях инновационной модернизации российской экономики

Abstract

В монографии исследуется проблема формирования механизма активизации процессов энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности как важнейшего направления инновационной модернизации отечественной экономики в условиях ее перехода к новому технологическому укладу развития. Рассмотрены стратегические перспективы развития российской экономики, обосновано место энергосбережения и повышения энергетической эффективности в системе приоритетов ее инновационной модернизации, дана оценка степени влияния энергетического фактора на результаты функционирования отечественной экономики, представлены прогнозные модели и проведено моделирование динамики энергоемкости отечественной экономики при различных сценариях изменения внешней политической и экономической ситуации, выявлен механизм взаимного влияния процессов инновационного развития и процессов энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности на различных уровнях управления экономикой.
