ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ НОВЫХ КОМПЕТЕНЦИЙ У УЧАЩИХСЯ СПО В РАМКАХ ПРОВЕДЕНИЯ ЧЕМПИОНАТОВ WORLDSKILLS

Abstract

The article focuses on the development of students ' new competencies necessary for the development of professional career. The basis of the allocation of competencies necessary for the development of professional career, the authors put an integral construct consisting of four components (motivational-personal, cognitive-activity, emotional-communicative, creative-cooperative), the content of which is developed by the authors taking into account the specifics of the digital economy, the new requirements of the labor market, modern standards.

в статье авторы акцентируют внимание на развитие у учащихся СПО новых компетенций, необходимых для развития профессиональной карьеры. В основу выделения компетенций, необходимых для развития профессиональной карьеры авторами положен целостный конструкт, состоящий из четырех компонентов (мотивационно-личностный, когнитивно-деятельностный, эмоционально-коммуникативный, креативно-кооперативный), содержательное наполнение которого разработано авторами с учетом специфики цифровой экономики, новых требований рынка труда, современных стандартов.
