Субъект труда как носитель психологического контракта и часть эргатической системы «Субъект труда – производственная среда»

Abstract

Представлен анализ субъект труда как носителя психологического контракта и части эргатической системы «субъект труда – производственная среда». Анализ субъекта труда осуществлен с позиций субъектно-деятельностного подхода, представлены характеристики субъекта, субъектности, субъекта деятельности, дано определение субъекта труда, охарактеризованы его признаки и свойства. Показано, что имплицитное соглашение формируется под влиянием индивидуально-психологических особенностей субъектов труда. Показана перспектива исследования контракта во взаимосвязи с особенностями производственной среды
