Abstract

Модернизация российского образования обусловлена потребностью современного общества в специалистах, способных создавать и внедрять инновационные технологии, творчески решать и достигать поставленные цели. Цель данной работы – проанализировать влияние психолого-педагогического сопровождения в системе дополнительного образования на формирование и развитие личностного потенциала школьника. В статье представлены теоретико-методологические подходы к пониманию психолого-педагогического сопровождения, раскрыта специфика данного термина и перечислены основные принципы работы. Представлена модель психолого-педагогического сопровождения, которая реализуется на практике в Научно-образовательном центре экономики и информационных технологий Института социально-экономического развития территорий Российской академии наук. Обусловлена целесообразность ее воплощения
