В статье рассматриваются основные элементы договора об обязательном страховании гражданской ответственности владельца опасного объекта, один из которых точно определен Федеральным законом № 225-ФЗ «Об обязательном страховании гражданской ответственности владельца опасного объекта за причинение вреда в результате аварии на опасном объекте», а другой устанавливается исходя из сферы регулирования данного закона.
The article considers basic elements of the contract on obligatory insurance of civil liability of the owner of the dangerous object, one of which is determined by the Federal law № 225 «On obligatory insurance of civil liability of the owner of a dangerous object for trespass as a result of failure on dangerous object», and another one is established due to the sphere of the given law regulation.
