THE STUDY OF DYSMORPHOPHOBIA IN PATIENTS OF THE AESTHETIC SURGERY CLINIC

Abstract

Данное сообщение посвящено клинико-катамнестическому изучению психических особенностей пациентов с дисморфоманией-дисморфофобией, перенесших, либо претендующих на проведение операций хирургической эстетической коррекции внешности. Исследована коморбидная психическая патология, отмечено формирование характерного поведенческого стереотипа в динамике дисморфофобических переживаний.

This report is devoted to the clinical and follow-up study of the psychiatric features of patients with dysmorphomania-dysmorphophobia who have undergone, or are applying for сosmetic surgery procedures. A comorbid psychic pathology was studied, formation of a characteristic behavioral stereotype in the dynamics of dysmorphophobic experiences was noted.
