
The article discusses the creative characteristics of a higher education teacher, which were picked out by KFU post-graduates at the seminars on higher education pedagogy and were highlighted in their essays on the topic. Creativity is a critical professional characteristic of a teacher. Post-graduates' actualization of this fact acquires a great importance considering their future teaching in an institution of higher education.
В статье рассматриваются творческие характеристики преподавателя вуза, выделенные аспирантами КФУ при анализе творческой природы личности педагога. на практических занятиях по педагогике высшей школы и отраженные в эссе, посвященным этой проблеме. Творчество - необходимая черта профессионализма педагога. Особое значение приобретает актуализация этой темы у аспирантов в связи с их будущей преподавательской деятельностью в вузе.
