Конкурентоспособность работников с высоким уровнем образования на рынке труда

Abstract

The Author considers the competitiveness of workers with higher education in the labor market of Russia in terms of their adaptive capacity in the crisis economic conditions. With the emergence of the private sector, the country's labour market has become dependent on internal and external economic factors, including global economic crises. The author considers the high professional and educational level of employees as one of the most significant factors affecting the competitiveness and adaptation capabilities of subjects in the labor market. The author also analyzes the stages of labor market development in Russia, changes in personnel needs of different levels and content, and competitive and adaptation problems of highly qualified specialists at these stages of market development. More specifically, the author considers such forms of adaptation as part-time and additional employment. The author comes to the conclusion that the competitiveness of workers largely depends on their ability to freely retrain within the main profession, or even change professional knowledge and skills, learn and relearn. The author also believes that workers with a high level of education possess these qualities to a very high degree

Автор рассматривает конкурентоспособность работников с высшим образованием на рынке труда России в аспекте их адаптационных возможностей в кризисных экономических условиях. С появлением частного сектора рынок труда в стране обрел зависимость от внутренних и внешних экономических факторов, в том числе и мировых экономических кризисов. Автор рассматривает высокий профессиональнообразовательный уровень работников как один из самых существенных факторов, влияющих на конкурентоспособность и адаптационные возможности субъектов на рынке труда. Автор также анализирует этапы развития рынка труда в России, изменения в кадровых потребностях различного уровня и содержания и конкурентные и адаптационные проблемы высококвалифицированных специалистов на этих этапах развития рынка.
