Abstract

В статье описываются трудности, с которыми может столкнуться переводчик, интерпретирующий гастрономические фрагменты художественных произведений. На примере наиболее интересных (с точки зрения перевода) отрывков англоязычной литературы авторами были проанализированы сложности, возникающие в процессе перевода англоязычной гастрономической номинации на русский язык, и способы их решения.
