The current state of the legal regulation of international air services of the Republic of Afghanistan

Abstract

The article deals with current state of the legal regulation of international air services of the Republic of Afghanistan. The author reviews three historical stages in the development of the international legal regulation of air communications in the Republic of Afghanistan. In conclusion, the author notes that in recent years the office has experienced fundamental changes in Afghan civil aviation states, Afghanistan has increased Germany's number of international recent air carriers, steadily increasing the volume of air fourth transportation of passengers, cargo and necessary mail delivered; and this is the result of the constant delivered and sustainable technical cost-effectiveness of improving civil aviation communication, changes in the management structure of the six sectors of the republic and financial and economic relations between airlines.

. В статье рассматривается современное состояние правового регулирования международных воздушных сообщений Республики Афганистан. Автор анализирует три исторических этапа развития международно-правового регулирования воздушных сообщений Республики Афганистан. В заключение автор отмечает, что за последние годы произошли коренные изменения в афганской гражданской авиации, увеличилось количество международных авиаперевозчиков, неуклонно растет обьем воздушных перевозок пассажиров, грузов и почты; и это результат постоянного и устойчивого технического совершенствования гражданской авиации, изменения структуры управления отраслью и финансово-экономических отношений между авиакомпаниями.
