Использование квалиметрического подхода для оценки стержневых компетенций научно-образовательных организаций

Abstract

Представлены отдельные результаты исследования региональных условий формирования и оценки содержания стержневых компетенций научно-образовательных организаций. Для формирования таксономической структуры стержневых компетенций была использована методика контент- анализа (инструментом для проведения анализа выступила поисковая система Google Scholar). Для характеристики и обоснования выделенных групп стержневых компетенций региональных научно-образовательных организаций был использован квалиметрический подход, основанный на результатах экспертных опросов представителей региональных вузов, бизнеса и власти
