Abstract

Цель исследования - экспериментальное и теоретическое обоснование значимой роли протеогликанов и других биополимеров в развитии дегенеративно-дистрофических процессов в суставах, уточнение патохимических механизмов их развития и разработка подходов к их лабораторному мониторингу.
