Abstract

The paper presents an optimization problem for double-span pre-stressed beams. The article presents physical model of the optimized element (fig. 1, fig. 2). The problem analysis examined five phases of load (fig. 2). Then formulated boundary problem with strictly defined formal strucure, allowing use of maximum principle (chapter 3). Attention was paid to way of formulating of optimization constraints. An example calculation was made to determine optimal route for the compressing cable, for which element deflection will be minimal, combined with fulfillment of constraints resulting from the ultimate and serviceability limit state. Obtained solution shows the effectiveness of the presented method of calculation.

W pracy przedstawiono problem optymalizacji dwuprzęsłowych belek sprężonych. Przedstawiono model fizyczny optymalizowanego elementu, a następnie sformułowano problem brzegowy o ściśle określonej strukturze formalnej, umożliwiającej zastosowanie zasady maksimum. Przeprowadzono przykładowe obliczenia mające na celu wyznaczenie optymalnej trasy kabla sprężającego, dla którego ugięcie elementu będzie minimalne.
