Potkožne mikoze

Abstract

Potkožne mikoze nastaju ulaskom gljiva kroz traumatski oštećenu kožu i zahvaćaju dublje slojeve dermisa, potkožno tkivo i kost. Klinički se očituju kao lezije na površini kože, a rijetko diseminiraju u udaljene organe. Imaju kroničan i podmkao tijek te su otporne na većinu antigunfalnih lijekova. Najvažnije potkožne mikoze jesu limfokutana sporotrihoza, kromoblastomikoza, eumikotični micetom, supkutana zigomikoza i feohifomikoza.
