Polisilicijski grijači i senzori

Abstract

Polisilicijski grijači predstavljaju novu i naprednu generaciju električkih grijača za primjene u industriji, bijeloj tehnici, laboratorijskoj opremi te nizu posebnih namjena (letjelice, vojne primjene i sl.). Polisilicijski grijač je planarni element temeljen na polisilicijskom disipativnom sloju odgovarajućeg geometrijskog oblika i tehnoloških svojstava, deponiranom na posebnoj keramici visokog električkog otpora i razmjerno dobre toplinske vodljivosti. U radu grijača, kroz polisilicijski sloj teče struja koja generira toplinu. Toplina se se vrlo učinkovito prenosi kroz keramičku podlogu na metal ili sličan medij koji preuzima toplinu. Keramička podloga direktno je dovedena u fizički kontakt s grijanim medijem što doprinosi vrlo efikasnom prijenosu topline iz polisilicijskog sloja u grijani medij. Posljedica je veći faktor iskoristivosti nego u slučaju postojećih komercijalnih grijača, veća gustoća toplinske energije te niža radna temperatura grijača.
