Abstract

Obiteljsko poljoprivredno gospodarstvo značajan je subjekt u poljoprivredi, važnoj gospodarskoj grani Republike Hrvatske. Međutim, zakonski propisi ne daju njegov jasan položaj u gospodarskom sustavu. Zbog toga dolazi do zbrke i nenačelnih, a po članove obiteljskog gospodarstva, i nepravičnih rješenja u odnosu na zaposlenike u drugim djelatnostima. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je da ukaže na mjesto i značenje obiteljskog poljoprivrednog gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj i istakne raznolikost zakonskog reguliranja brojnih pitanja vezanih za njega.
