Određivanje zaostalog austenita malog volumnog udjela

Abstract

Za određivanje zaostalog austenita malog volumnog udjela upotrebljena je metoda rentgenske difrakcije. Pri tome, za ispitivanje utjecaja pripreme i mjerenja uzoraka na točnost određivanja su uporabljeni model uzorci. Uzorci su pripremljeni iz čelika N-80. Oni su austenitizirani na 860 C / 30 min., zakaljeni u vodi i pripremljeni za snimanje. Integralni intenzitet refleksa 200, 211 i 220 od martenzita i 200, 220 i 311 od austenita su mjereni tehnikom postepenog promatranja i izračuati upotrebom trapezne formule. Samo integralni intenziteti refleksa 200 od martenzita i 311 od austenita su mjereni i kontinuiranim brojanjem unutar cijelog kutnog područja. Dobivene vrijednosti upućuju na korelaciju između pripreme, mjerenja i debljine površinskog sloja uzorka i točnosti određivanja zaostalog austenita malog volumnog udjela.
