Uloga crowdfunding kampanja u filmskoj produkciji

Abstract

Cilj rada je analiza prednosti i nedostataka crowdfunding kampanja (odnosno skupnog financiranja) u produkciji filmskih projekata. Crowdfunding platforme omogućuju uključivanje pojedinaca ili poduzeća u financiranje raznih projekata dok istodobno funkcioniraju i kao promocijska platforma za projekt te kao generator promotivnog sadržaja za digitalne medije iz čega proizlazi višestruka uloga takvih kampanja. Financiranje, aktivno uključivanje pojedinaca i društva te promocija projekta posebno dolaze do izražaja kao važne stavke u razvoju i produkciji filmskih projekata. Uz obradu sekundarnih podataka, prilikom istraživanja korištene su kvantitativne metode za istraživanje interesa osoba koje se bave filmom za sudjelovanje u takvim kampanjama te kvalitativno istraživanje u obliku intervjua s osobama koje su sudjelovale u crowdfunding kampanjama. S obzirom na to da crowdfunding kampanje postaju sve rašireniji oblik financiranja raznih projekata, analiza prednosti i nedostataka takvih kampanja za filmove omogućava definiranje financijskih i promotivnih potencijala za filmsku produkciju manjih tržišta kao što je Republika Hrvatska.
