Upravljanje poslovnim rizicima

Abstract

Svrha ovog udžbenika je pružiti osnovna sistematizirana znanja iz upravljanja poslovnim rizicima za studente ekonomije, poduzetništva i menadžmenta. S obzirom na preglednost, jasnoću i cjelovitost svakako će koristiti i poslovnim ljudima. Sadržava sljedeća poglavlja: Pojam poslovnih rizika i okvir upravljanja ; Tipologija i klasifikacija rizika ; Identificiranje poslovnih rizika ; Analiza poslovnih rizika ; Mjerenja poslovnih rizika ; Osiguranje poslovnih rizika ; Kontrola i standardizacija rizika. Djelo je u svojoj naravi interdisciplinarno što je uvjet da su autori mogli pristupiti ozbiljnoj društvenoj i ekonomskoj analizi upravljanja poslovnim rizicima i njegovih učinaka na društvenom i ekonomskom razvoju zemlje. U didaktičkom smislu naglasak je na zornosti i praktičnosti te su u tu svrhu nastavne cjeline obogaćene slikovnim sadržajima. Udžbenik je dijelom popraćen praktičnim primjerima i pitanjima za studente unutar nastavnih jedinica.
