Planiranje i programiranje nastave glazbene kulture u prva tri razreda osnovne škole

Abstract

Tema je ovoga rada planiranje i programiranje nastave glazbene kulture u prva tri razreda osnovne škole. Nastava je složena društvena djelatnost tijekom koje se odgaja i obrazuje mladi naraštaj u njegovoj razvojnoj dobi te uspjeh toga rada zavisi od načina i kvalitete pripremanja učitelja. Sam pojam pripremanje nastavnika definira se kao permanentan proces koji se provodi paralelno s nastavnim radom. Cjeloživotno učenje, tj. permanentno usavršavanje je neophodno za uspješno pripremanje nastavnika. Razlikuje se godišnje, mjesečno, tjedno i dnevno pripremanje. U svrhu ovog rada provedeno je istraživanje kojemu je cilj bio utvrditi kako učitelji primarnog obrazovanja pristupaju planiranju i programiranju nastave glazbene kulture u prva tri razreda osnovne škole. Anketiranjem smo saznali da učitelji temeljito pristupaju godišnjem planiranju nastave glazbene kulture jer uz udžbenike, priručnike i nastavni plan i program, također koriste i dodatnu literaturu uzimajući pri tome u obzir ponajviše interese učenika i otvorenost modela nastave glazbene kulture koji nudi učiteljima mogućnost slobode pri izboru sadržaja. Također smo saznali da učitelji smatraju da su opterećeni pisanjem dnevnih priprava za nastavu. Iznenađuje činjenica da nijedan ispitani učitelj ne koristi u nastavi glazbene kulture instrument, čemu može biti uzrok nedovoljna kompetentnost učitelja. Zbog toga učitelji trebaju težiti vlastitom permanentnom usavršavanju kako bi išli u korak s inovacijama u nastavi te kako bi pružili učenicima kvalitetnu nastavu.
