Laparoskopska abdominalna kirurgija.

Abstract

Napretkom tehnologije, uvodi se početkom ovog desetljeća laparoskopska tehnika u abdominalnu kirurgiju. U ovom preglednom radu prikazane su suvremene indikacije za laparoskopsku abdominalnu kirurgiju. Otkrivene su mogućnosti dijagnostičke laparoskopije, mogućnosti laparoskopskog rješavanja patologije žučnih kamenaca, laparoskopske herniorafije i apendektomije. Također je dat pregled mogućnosti laparoskopije pri rješavanju oboljenja kolona, gastroezofagealnog refluksa i ulkusne bolesti. Za svako područje su navedene moguće komplikacije i njihova incidencija. Istaknute su prednosti laparoskopskog zahvata u odnosu na klasični, ali je i upozoreno gdje laparoskopija još uvijek u potpunosti ne može zamijeniti otvorenu kirurgiju. Istaknuti su sadašnji problemi laparoskopske tehnike i mogućnosti daljeg razvoja.
