Upravljanje projektima u AKM institucijama

Abstract

Upravljanje projektima postalo je važna kompetencija za djelatnike AKM institucija, budući da se do pojedinih rješenja sve više pokušava dolaziti kroz jasno vremenski razgraničene projekte koji se financiraju sredstvima samih ustanova ili sredstvima iz EU fondova i programa. Osnova dobrog upravljanja projektima je poznavanje i primjena projektnih metodologija koje omogućuju razvoj projektne ideje i kvalitetno praćenje provedbe.
