Školski socijalni rad

Abstract

Rad predstavlja prikaz povijesnog razvoja socijalnog rada u kontekstu odgoja i obrazovanja kod nas. Uz ovaj prikaz predstavljena su i područja bavljenja socijalnog rada u ovom kontekstu. Raspreavlja se o mogućnostima i stvarnom stanju i implementiranosti socijalnog rada u školi, specifičnim metodama i tehnikama, dostupnim jedino stručnjacima educiranim u ovom području, koje imaju izuzetnu vrijednost pri vođenju procesa socijalizacije te u ostvarivanju bitnih pretpostavki za kvalitetno funkcioniranje škole osobito u ostvarenju njene odgojne uloge i omogućavnju postizanje maksimalnih postignuća svakom, a osobito učeniku koji je izložen djelovanju različitih rizičnih činitelja. Školski socijalni rad se prezentira kao bitni čimbenik i u povezivanju ključnih točaka funkcioniranja lokalne zajednice. U tom pogledu njegova je vrijednost naglašena osobito u pogledu povezivanja škole i obitelji, kao najvažnijih institucija, odgovornih za razvoj, odgoj i obrazovanje svake nove generacije
