Javna nabava u zdravstvu
Predmet ovog rada je sustav javne nabave u Republici Hrvatskoj, s posebnim osvrtom na specifične elemente u zdravstvu. U radu se prikazuje uvođenje postupaka javne nabave u Hrvatskoj, kao i reforme koje je sustav prolazio, uključujući i posljednju, kojom je usklađen s pravnom stečevinom Europske Unije. Navode se načela na kojima javna nabava počiva. Daje se pregled postupaka javne nabave, analizira način odabira ponude, kao i ograničenja u praksi. Iznosi se analiza vezana uz postupke pravne zaštite koji se vode pred Državnom komisijom za kontrolu postupaka javne nabave. Na kraju se navode specifičnosti postupaka javne nabave u zdravstvu, s obzirom na posebnu prirodu te javne djelatnosti.
