Abstract

Resumen: este documento presenta los resultados de una serie de ejercicios de evaluación del Programa ALIMENTAR. Se evalúan los impactos sobre tres dimensiones: la situación socioalimentaria de los hogares y los niños/as (a partir de indicadores de la situación de seguridad e inseguridad alimentaria), los consumos alimentarios de los hogares y los niños/as y adolescentes en términos de su equilibro y adecuación por frecuencia de consumo; y los consumos no alimentarios de los hogares especialmente orientados a la limpieza del hogar y la higiene.
