ВЛИЯНИЕ УСОВЕРШЕНСТВОВАННОЙ ТЕХНОЛОГИИ ПРЕССОВАНИЯ НА СТРУКТУРООБРАЗОВАНИЕ ПОЛИТЕТРАФТОРЭТИЛЕНА

Abstract

В статье рассмотрено улучшение технологического процесса прессования политетрафторэтилена, с целью повышения его эксплуатационных свойств, долговечности и износостойкости для использования в полимерных композиционных материалах применяемых в деталях различных узлов трения. Проведено сравнение влияния технологических режимов прессования на механические свойства, триботехнические характеристики, рельеф поверхности трения, а также на надмолекулярную структуру политетрафторэтилена. В результате исследований установлено, что применение технологического режима ультразвукового прессования с частотой 17 кГц и одновременно наложенной низкочастотной амплитудной модуляцией 100 Гц для прессования изделий из политетрафторэтилена, позволяет повысить предел прочности при растяжении на 9 %, относительное удлинение на 9 %, модуль упругости на 6 % и снизить интенсивность массового изнашивания на 22 %, коэффициент трения на 24 %. Использование низкочастотной модуляции приводит изменению рельефа поверхности трения и к получению более равномерной, упорядоченной и однородной структуры ПТФЭ.
