The socio-psychological climate is determined by such factors as mutual understanding, security, activity and willingness to cooperate among the team members. It has been established that the successful formation of a psychological climate contributes to the development of socially significant qualities, self-actualization and citizenship among students. In addition, the key elements that form a team as a stable system, including self-management mechanisms and structural interactions, have been identified. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying the data obtained for team management in higher education and teacher training.
