
Total polyphenol content in fruiting bodies of 50 species of basidiomycetes, 27 of which are belong to order Polyporales and 23 to order Agaricales was investigated. Dynamics of growth and accumulation of polyphenolic compounds in the mycelium and cultural filtrate of 23 strains of 8 species of basidiomycetes were studied. There were selected the strains of species Sshizophyllum comm une, Pleurotus ostreatus, Fistulina hepatica and Laetiporus sulphureus promising for the further research to develop the methods for polyphenols mycelial and extracellular origin.
