Abstract

İsyan suçu (bağy) İslam hukukunda yer edinmiş suçlardan birisidir. İsyan (bağy) suçunu siyasi suç kategorisinde değerlendirmek en doğrusudur. Bu suç asıl olarak siyasal iktidarı zayıflatmayı, yıkmayı veya değiştirmeyi amaç edinirken bu amaç doğrultusunda kullanılacak olan maddi ve manevi silahları sınıflandırabilmek oldukça zordur. Genel olarak siyasi iktidar düzenini hedef alan ayaklanmalar ve çatışmalar bağy suçu içine dâhildir diyebiliriz.
