Периоперационное внедрение кровосберегающих технологий в интенсивной терапии больных онкопроктологического профиля

Abstract

Мировая тенденция относительно использования кровезамещающих методик при оперативных вмешательствах, сопровождающихся значительной кровопотерей, вполне обоснованно приобретает все большую популярность. Известно множество осложнений, связанных с проведением переливания крови и ее компонентов. Однако, не имея на замену в своем арсенале альтернативных «бескровных» методик периоперационного мене­джмента, провести многие операции просто невозможно. В данной работе проведен анализ клинико-лабораторных показателей у пациентов с использованием стимуляторов эритропоэза в периоперационном менеджменте радикальных онкопроктологических операций по сравнению со стандартным ведением больных с использованием гемотрансфузии.
