Elektrofyziologie neexcitabilních buněk, proč nás má zajímat?

Abstract

V tomto motivačním článku prezentujeme elektrofyziologii z pohledu, který je zatím opomíjený a který se zabývá elektrickým polem tkání, které nejsou schopné vytvářet a šířit akční potenciály. V první půli článku ukazujeme důležitost tématu s příklady „obyčejných“ tkání. Následně dopodrobna rozebíráme potenciály vznikající v kostech, které souvisí s naším výzkumem. Poté se věnujeme stimulaci buněk a jejím výsledkům. Ke konci článku prezentujeme vlastní probíhající výzkum; vývoj piezoelektrické funkční vrstvy a jak souvisí s daným tématem.
