Dynamics of oxidative modification of blood plasma proteins in patients with acute epididymitis under the influence of treatment

Abstract

У нашому дослідженні була виконана спроба з'ясування діагностичної та прогностичної значимості рівня окисної модифікації білків (ОМБ) у плазмі крові хворих на гострий епідидиміт (ГЕ) протягом лікування. У всіх обстежених пацієнтів до лікування виявили підвищення рівня окисної модифікації білків. У період надходження до стаціонару у всіх хворих на ГЕ рівні ОМБ виявились високими, що свідчить про високий окисний стрес при даному захворюванні. Протягом лікування ці показники поступово знижувалися до норми. Отримані дані можуть бути використані як для моніторингу лікування, так і одужання хворих.
