MECHANICAL PROPERTIES AND DURABILITY OF EPOXY COATINGS ON COPPER

МЕХАНИЧЕСКИЕ СВОЙСТВА И ДОЛГОВЕЧНОСТЬ ЭПОКСИДНЫХ ПОКРЫТИЙ ПО МЕДИ

Abstract

Изучены механические свойства покрытий по меди на основе эпоксидных смол ЭД-20, Э-40, KER 828, Этал 245 и опытных отвердителей: терпеноидномалеиновых аддуктов (ТДМА) и канифольтерпеномалеиновых адуктов (КТМА). Выполнен сравнительный анализ твердости, прочности при ударе покрытий на медных подложках, отвержденных ТДМА и КТМА и стандартными отвердителями: полиэтиленполиаминами (ПЭПА), триэтилентетраминами (ТЭТА). Установлено влияние пластификатора на физико-механические свойства покрытий. Оценена энергия активации термоокислительной деструкции покрытий, отвержденных различными отвердителями. Впервые выполнены расчеты долговечности покрытий по разработанному экспресс-методу.
