Modern problems of diagnosis and treatment of congenital duodenal obstruction in newborn infants (literature review)

Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме детской хирургии — врожденной обструкции двенадцатиперстной кишки у новорожденных детей. Раскрыты вопросы истории развития проблемы, этиологии, патогенеза, эмбриогенеза, клинического течения, хирургического лечения, послеоперационных осложнений, гистологических изменений атрезированного кишечника и смертности. Приведены особенности пренатальной и постнатальной диагностики этих новорожденных. Подробно освещены современные подходы к тактике и стратегии оказания хирургической помощи. Ключевые слова: атрезия двенадцатиперстной кишки, врожденный порок, врожденная кишечная непроходимость, новорожденные дети, хирургическое лечение.

Стаття присвячена актуальній проблемі дитячої хірургії — природженій обструкції дванадцятипалої кишки у новонароджених дітей. Висвітлено питання історії розвитку проблеми, етіології, патогенезу, ембріогенезу, клінічного перебігу, хірургічного лікування, післяопераційних ускладнень, гістологічних змін атрезованого кишечнику та смертності. Наведено особливості пренатальної та постнатальної діагностики цих новонароджених.Детально висвітлено сучасні підходи до тактики та стратегії надання хірургічної допомоги. Ключові слова: атрезія дванадцятипалої кишки, природжена вада, природжена кишкова непрохідність, новонароджені діти, хірургічне лікування. 

The article devoted to the current problem of pediatric surgery — congenital obstruction of the duodenum in newborn children. The issues concerning history of the problem, etiology, pathogenesis, embryogenesis, clinical course, surgical treatment, postoperative complications, histological changes and mortality were discussed. The peculiarities of prenatal and postnatal diagnosis were shown. Highlighted new approaches to tactics and strategy of surgical care were carefully analyzed. Key words: duodenal atresia, a congenital defect, congenital intestinal obstruction, newborns, surgical treatment.
