Comparación social y regulación emocional: un estudio sobre el componente educativo en un equipo de fútbol sala alevín

Abstract

El componente educativo se destaca como un eje fundamental del entorno socio-motriz en el ámbito de la educación no formal. Se examina en qué medida el deporte puede ser educativo, tomando como referencia un equipo de fútbol sala en la categoría alevín, y se busca identificar la influencia de la comparación en la regulación emocional dentro de un contexto de colaboración y oposición. La investigación se centró en un grupo compuesto por 12 jugadores, dos entrenadores, un coordinador y el profesor de educación física del centro, cuyo equipo pertenece a la escuela deportiva de un colegio concertado de la ciudad de Zaragoza. Se adoptó una metodología cualitativa y narrativa, realizando entrevistas y un grupo de discusión con los participantes, y triangulando los datos obtenidos con las observaciones registradas en un diario de campo. Los hallazgos revelan la presencia de seis categorías principales que reflejan las percepciones de los participantes respecto al componente educativo de la práctica deportiva. Las conclusiones subrayan la importancia de este componente, así como de la regulación emocional en un entorno de colaboración-oposición.
