Este artigo analisa e problematiza as ligações construídas entre a historiografia clássica e o historiador judeu Flávio Josefo, destacando tal problemática nas estruturas do livro Bellum Judaicum. Tal exercício pretende refletir as complexas relações intelectuais arroladas no Mediterrâneo romano.
